S4 - Payments
The payment specified in the Lodging Proposal, are final.
S5 - Cancellations by User
S5.1 In the event that User cancels the aforesaid reservation –in whole or in part – Our Pink House shall apply the penalties detailed hereunder:
S5.2 100% (hundred percent) of the reservation payment for the Dwelling House, if User cancels reservation less than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Arrival Date specified in the Lodging Proposal
S5.3 If the user cancel the reservation more than 60 (sixty) days prior to the arrival date specified in the lodging proposal, our Pink House will refund the reservation payment minus 90 € of administrative charge
S6 -Cancellations by our Pink House
S6.1 Our Pink House reserves the right to cancel –in whole or in part – the aforesaid reservation due to acts of the Owner, God, or force majeure, with prior written notice to User
S6.3 In the event of cancellation by our Pink House, pursuant to provisions of paragraph herein, our Pink House shall reimburse to User 100% (one hundred percent) of reservation payment for the Dwelling House. our Pink House shall not be liable for any damages, losses, lost profits, direct or indirect costs, arising from such cancellation
